True Artisan Club honors La Marzocco espresso machines that have stood the test of time. These are the machines that have pulled millions of shots and have been in service for decades. If your machine has been there for the long haul, it’s more than equipment.
learn your machine’s history
As your espresso machine reaches a major milestone, we want to celebrate that occasion. Every machine that qualifies for the True Artisan Club should be recognized as a measure of your success in building a café that serves your community. That’s why True Artisan Club has markers set for 500k, 1, 2, 3, and 4 million shots pulled, as well as for machines that are 15, 20, 25, and 30 years old
featured club member: crema coffee roasters
Crema Coffee Roasters in Nashville has pulled over 4.2 million shots of espresso at their downtown location. When they first installed their Linea PB 12 years ago, they were betting on their future success. After all these years, proper care and preventative maintenance have meant the machine has never been out of service for longer than a single afternoon.

the gear
This program celebrates longevity, craftsmanship, and the quiet consistency required to do great work, day after day. These are the machines that opened early and closed late. That trained generations of baristas. That helped cafés become cornerstones of their communities. Each milestone is marked with a magnetic badge for your espresso machine and a keychain for you.
