Join us Friday, March 28, at our learning lab in Seattle for an event that explores the topic of decaffeinated coffee.

David Kastle of Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Company will share the history of decaffeinating coffee, and details about the decaffeination process. We will also get hands-on with a tasting of decaffeinated coffee next to the original, pre-decaf coffee.

A wise man once said, “We tend to scrutinize our customers for desiring decaffeinated coffee. Believing they crave a coffee of lesser quality than the fully caffeinated beverage. However, we should praise these customers the most, because they are choosing to drink coffee for it’s flavor, and not just for the purpose of caffeine.”
