1. Scope of This Policy

La Marzocco USA, LLC (“La Marzocco USA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and values your trust. We may collect the following categories of personal information (a) directly from you (such as when you e.g., create account, contact us, place an order, or download our App), (b) from third-parties such as marketing partners, (c) from the device and browser that you use to access the Service, and (d) from cookies and similar technologies.

We may collect your first name, last name, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name.

Financial and Transactional Information

We may collect payment details (such as credit or debit card information), billing address, order history.

User-generated Content

We may collect phone recordings, security camera footage, and photographs.

We use social media plug-ins (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), WhatsApp, and Telegram). These plug-ins may direct you to La Marzocco USA’s social media pages. We also have a presence on some social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. Through our accounts on social medial platforms, we may in some instances collect personal information when you interact with La Marzocco USA’s accounts or otherwise communicate with us through those accounts. Any personal information that you post on social media is governed by each social platform’s privacy policy, and any that we collect via our social media accounts will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We store certain personal information that gets collected automatically at our end through cookies and other similar technologies.   • Our group companies, including La Marzocco S.r.l. and its owner, De’Longhi SpA
  • Service providers, including hosting and infrastructure providers, data analytics providers, payment processors, customer support platforms, security providers. In some instances, service providers will be directly responsible to you for their use of your personal information. They may be obliged by law to provide you with additional information regarding the personal information that they hold about you and how and why they process that information. Further information may be provided to you in a separate notice or may be obtained from such service providers directly, for example, via their websites.
  • Advertising networks to provide you with relevant marketing.
  • Advisers and financial institutions, including auditors, notaries, business continuity support service providers, and legal, tax, and risk and compliance advisors.

Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating directly to your account or purchases placed through the Site or App.

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unintentional destruction. Although we seek to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information you disclose online. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date at the top of this policy. La Marzocco USA has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes and to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect, especially before you provide information, and particularly personal information, directly to us through the Service. In the event of a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will provide a message through our website or via email informing you of the change.

13. International Personal Information Transfers

We are located in the United States, and the personal information that we collect is stored on servers located in the United States. This means that your personal information will be collected, processed, and stored in the United States, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country or region, such as the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) in the European Union.

By sending us personal information, you agree and consent to the processing of your personal information in the United States, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection to that required in other countries (particularly the European Economic Area).
