On September 10th, 2023, we will be migrating to a new platform for improved performance and reliability. To maintain compatibility, it is essential to update your machine’s firmware. Machines using gateway firmware versions older than 1.0RC7 (released on January 31st, 2022) will not be compatible with the new system unless updated before the migration date.
Updating the Firmware:
To update your machine’s firmware, follow these simple steps:

2. Perform the Update: Once connected, the app will guide you through the firmware update process. Make sure to establish a local connection, indicated by a green line on the app, for a successful update.
