  •  Free Ground Shipping for orders over $25
    • In-stock orders are processed in 3 -5 business days

 

  • Expedited Orders:
    • Expedited orders received before 2 PM Pacific Time will be processed same day for in-stock parts

 

  • Local Will Call:
    • Hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In-stock items will be fulfilled the same day for orders placed before 3:00 PM

 

  • Order Placement:
    • Email orders should be placed using the Parts Order Form LM USA or equivalent form that can be electronically input into our systems. For existing customers, orders must contain the following information:
      • Customer ID
      • Customer Name
      • Shipping and Billing Information
      • Part Number, Description, and Quantity for each item

Orders with incomplete information will be returned to the sender for further details or processed as time allows if they can be interpreted into a complete order.

 

  • Backorders:
    • Will be processed from oldest to newest when parts are received.
    • All Backorders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled unless notified by the customer.

 

  • Invoicing and Shipping:
    • You will receive an invoice when your order has been picked and packed. You will receive your tracking number via an automated email generated at the end of the day.
    • In-transit redirects, if available, will be at the customer’s expense
    • Expedited shipping is also available with the following options:
        • 1 Day
        • 2 Day
        • 3 Day
    • UPS and FedEx have suspended some of their service guarantees. As such, if your expedited order arrives late, we may be unable to refund you the shipping cost.

  • Returns:
    • La Marzocco USA only accepts returns for parts originally purchased from La Marzocco USA and returned within forty-five (45) days of the original invoice. The parts must be in working order and in saleable condition. The original packaging must be intact and the return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an Invoice. A re-stocking fee of 20% may be applied in cases where parts are returned without documentation of an error on the part of La Marzocco USA. La Marzocco USA does not accept returns of electrical/electronic parts under any circumstance. Shipping charges associated with returns are your responsibility.

La Marzocco recommends caution when using sodium and hydrogen based ionexchange water softeners. Suggested pressure and flow rate from water mains: 45 to 80 psi (3 or 5 bar) and 8 liter per minute.
